I took Personal loan from bajaj finance in the year 2009 , For which at the time of submitting the documents for the applying loan i gave three security cheques .I paid Prompt payments through ECS mode from ICICI bank ,However on 15 march 2010 the main branch of bajaj finance in PUNE bounced One of my sercurity cheque for Rs 51460/- ,When enquired in Pune main office they gave rude answers and even threanted Me indirectly to give my name in CIBIL .
