Hi,

I have a personal loan in ICICI bank with number LPBNG00010599094, every month i pay loan amount correctly, but unfortunately i did not put the amount in the account, so ECS is bounced, but in the same month i have put total amount and loan amount was deducted in the same month itself with fine and all. But this month from my account Rs.5,580.00 was deducted on 06/03/2010. I gave a call to customer care and asked the reason, he told me that it was happened because of technical problem and same amount will be roll back to your account on 10/03/2010. but still date now i did not get the amount, i have called so many times to customer care but they are saying some stories you will get it kind of thing. went near to my branch also, no use same thing. So please help me out how can i get my amount back to my account.
