This is vishnu vardhan reddy. I have taken a loan from citi finance 4 years back. I have paid all the Installments ( I have all the hard copies Reciepts ) except the last one. they are used to send the Exicutive to my Home i used to pay the ammount to him for all months Except the last Installment.
The last Installment ammount I E 2278.00 is Debited from my bank accounton on 6th Feb 2010.up to that my all the Installments are Closed. again the ammount of 2278.00 is Debited from my account on 19 Feb 2010. Now I called to Citifinance costomer care. they told for the following

This is with reference to your mail regarding your Personal Loan facility with us wherein you have raised the concern regarding ECS (Electronic Clearance System) return charges levied in your loan facility.

In this regard, we would like to share with you that the said charges of Rs. 1532/- has been waived off as a service gesture. Currently there is no ECS return charge due in the above mentioned loan account facility. Further, we would like to inform you that the aforementioned loan account stands closed in our records.

As confirming by them The loan ammount was clear told by them (after taking extra 2278.00 ammount)

Then on 6th mar 2010 again 2010 has been debited from my account.
