Dear sir,
this is to bring your kind attn that i have personal loan running from hsbc bank from the year aug2006. My loan a/c number is 031424146872, inspite of regular payment through ecs , for the past 3 to 4 months the hsbc bank staff is harrassing me and my mother over phone. Inspite of repeated reminders they are calling in my residence and in my mobile this has become a regular routine inspite of 43 months of good payment history. EVERY MONTH MY A/C GETS DEBITED WITH EMI 2485 AND NOT A SINGLE THAT MY BANK A/C IS NOT FUNDED. In view of this sir i would request you to look into the matter so that the harrassment is stopped from the bank
