    i have emailed this letter to you so many times and this is 10th time i am mailin you again.

    you people are harassing me by sending police at my home, and unparliamentary calls by ur side, which is totally showing your banks reputation, the mistake is from your side, you people never initiated to understand it.

    you have not even investigate it properly, one does not give personal documents to any one but bank, now if banks will start behaving in this manner, where will the common man will go.

    this is so very unethical on your part.
    kindly look into the matter soon, and investigate the mistake of your bank's employee and dsl, your bank staff is agreeing it verbally that the mistake is from your side they cannot say it openly but they are definalty agreeing to it.

    just check the matter, who was the person who sanctioned the loan and how, and inform me immedialty.

    i am forwarding the letter to you again.

    i am hanish singla, i had taken a "jaldi loan" agreement no.110570 in the name
    of hanish singla, sanctioned letter dated 26.06.2007, of Rs. 493490, of tenure 30 months.

    its first instalment starts from 01.08.2007.
    i'hv received the sanctioned letter on 26.06.2007 from your executive, in which it was mentioned 36 months, i immediately called the loan agent, that this letter is showing 36months instead of 30 months.
    she told me that this is a mistake from bank side, so don't bother, just correct it for 30 months and accept it for 30 months.
    after that u'll receive the chaque for same amount for 30months.

    for my satisfaction and for 2nd confirmation i called to your amba deep building, delhi, whose contact details were given on your sanctioned letter, and i discussed my matter with Ms. Gurmeet, and she told me please fax me a copy of your sanction letter so that she can correct (as per told by her), and i fax her on dated 19.07.2007.

    i made her clear we still have days for start the EMI, so please confirm me via correct letter, which should mention that my loan is for 30 months instead of 36 months.

    before the commencement of the loan, i had received my correct letter by her executive, which shows the tenure is for 30 months instead of 36months, insuring their mistake, which was an authorized signatory by Mr. Manish Chabra.

    so it was all smooth, i cleared all my EMIs upto october,2009.
    after clearing the october,2009 month's EMI, i mailed to your site for foreclose the account and dont present my last 3 EMIs further, and they agreed me by telephone, even then they presented the EMI of november 2009 and they called your EMI has been bounced, and when i clarified on call with Mr. Rana, he agreed that i had applied for the foreclose earlier, and i told them that my loan tenure is for 30 months instead of 36months, then they told me, to mail sanction letter copy and kotak mahindra bank's letter which would further clear the mistake of the bank.

    after he received the mail, Mr. Rana called me again and said "ok, we are taking the approval for your foreclose".

    but on 30.11.2009, suddenly i received the call from the same no. i.e. 011-43575179, from a different person, saying we are presenting a total balance 9 EMIs.

    i never expected this kind of behaviour from a such a reputed bank, i hope you understand people give blank papers to only banks, not even to real brothers.
    i had paid all my instalments on time, which shows my previous records.
    i have all the proofs and mailing them to you. i trusted you, but now i am getting cheated, i want a fair decision.

    further i am not responsible for anything.
    i hope atleast you will be fair in this matter and reply me immediately

    Angry making fool of people and harrasment by your staff

    i bought a policy from your bank and i can use this word confidentally , ur staff of janakpuri branch in delhi making fool of people by giving wrong information regarding any policy. and when someone take this policy its he going to harash by your satff please i dont want to use any word and look the matter of iftikhar khan which is siffering from your staff side

    Default Kotak Credit Card - Incorrect information/ false promises

    (1) They gave me a limit of Rs. 25000 that fine with me. but they allow me purchase of Rs. 25708 and place a penality of Rs.500+52. Now question is, if they are ready to give me 25708 credit why they dont raise my limit. Now for Rs. 708 I am paying penality of Rs. 552/- i.e. 78% Interest Rate

    (2) Late Fee Charges was more than 150%. For 7 days on Rs. 20060 I was charges Rs. 608 + Service Tax.
    i.e. 20060 * 150% = 30090/365 days = 82.43 per day * 7 days = Rs. 577

    (3) Kotak bank are never on their words. Their customer care told me that cheque is cleared and after 7 days I come to know that My cheque is bounced and I am penalized with Rs. 2000.

    (4) I was asked by Kotak Bank customer care that If we send the guy to collect the cheque, we will mark it as a receiving of payment on same day. But It was shown the receiving of payment after 7 days.

    (5) Kotak card response time is too slow, I asked a query thru email 7 days before payment due date and I get reply 1 day before payment due day.

    ultimately I was left with no choice, but to pay kotak because otherwise they will keep on accumulating more and more interest on it and say GoodBye to them.

    MY SALARY A/C in KOTAK BANK.
    BUT I DON'T LIKE BANK . BECAUSE EVERY MONTH DEDECT MINMUM Rs. 200 MY a/C.
    SO. DEAR MY REQUEST EVERYBODY DON'T OPEN A/C IN KOTAK.


    EVERY CUSTOMER CARE GIVE ME DIFRRENT DIFRENT INFORMATION
