I am unable to pay my emi's for a personal loan(citibank) of 90,000 from last 8 months as I lost my job in feb 2009.before that I never missed one payment .I paid 13 emi's out of 48.I intimated the bank thru email the same as i am out of job i am unable to pay the amount.I have given cheques regarding the loan during the loan agreement.I availed dis loan on my credit card which I am using 4m 2 years.if I get a new job will there be any problem regarding dis????I promised I will pay the loan as soon as I get the job..now i am scheduled for interview dis week.employer conditions are:1.No police complaints.2.No cheques issue.Any solution 4 dis???
