Alright. Lets keep it simple. Next time you get a call and someone tries to Harass you, Use the following Tricks.
1. Ask for their name and official contact number.
2. Speak boldly and take control of the call. (raise you tone if you have to)
3. Tell him you situation in short.
4. If he speaks rudely to you, tell him to call you back again, so that you can record the call.
5. Ask for his badge or Employee number.
6. Ask whether he is calling from bank or a DSA.
7. If he speaks roughly, demand that you speak to his supervisor.
8. Ask him to come to a nearby police station, so that you can settle it there.
9. Tell him that he is just a representative, and he is not the owner of the Bank and ask him to chill out.
10. Tell him that you have already spoken to the Call center about skipping the payment for that particular month and if he still bugs you, tell him to call the customer care and confirm it by himself.( He cant do it)
P.S TRY TO REPAY YOUR DUES ON TIME...
