I herd about the consumer cort site.I have one quiry/complaint which is related with Personal loan & insurance & Claim.Well my name is Prakash Bhatt Let me tell you that Before 3 years my brother was expired by road accident ,well he was a businessmen . He take personal loan from GE Money of Rs.38000/- & the insurance is also take of Rs.500000/-GE MONEY is Tieup with SBI LIFE ( Insurance ) EMIs are 16 the all PDC given to the company were the premium of insurance is also included with the amount of loan. During the said duration of loan period my brother was Expired.Hence the remaing 7 to 8 EMIs due & the said EMIs Cheques are bounce in bank.At the same time i ask for the claim The company refused to make payment.& they also not Issueing me the policy of the said insurance.well i have complite details (papers) of prrsonal loan of GE MONEY.

So , you are requested to give me the right guidance regarding this metter. & Oblige.
