Hi,

I am having salary account in ICICI Bank & i am getting net salary 9800.

Now ICICI Bank & other bank announced that they would give personnel loans to salary account holder those getting 12000 or 15000 take home salary.

I want to complain what other employees would do those are below the 12000 or 15000 salary.

Where they should approch for loan.

Hello Madam/Sir,

This is regarding/ ref to my personal loan with ICICI PL no: LPBNG00007895266.

Kindly check the attached document as proff for MAY installment has
been made via ECS from UTI to ICICI on 16 May 2007

There has been some tecnical issues with ICICI on 05 May 2007 due to
which the installment has not been transferred from my UTI acccount.
ICICI states that they got the response from UTI stating UNSUFFICIANT
BALANCE, but if you check the attachment it clearly shows that
sufficent balance was there on date 05/May/2007.

Then after that i have been contacted by your deparment for the
payment for installment for the month of MAY. One of the ICICI
excecituve has collected a cheque (cheque no: 38988) for Rs 6836 as
the installment.

On 16 May 2007 ECS has done and Rs 6836 has been debited from my UTI
account in aganist of ICICI Bank.

On 17 May 2007 ICICI has deposited the cheque no: 38988 whic has
bounced for the reason as unsufficent amount.

Few questions needs to be answered by ICICI Bank

1) Why ICICI has deposited the cheque on 17 May 2007 after the ECS has
happend on 16 May 2007 ?

2) If there is any technical fault with the banking systems, who
should be responsible to correct/ fix the issue ?

3) Who is goin to pay Rs 393 which has been deducted from my UTI
against the bounce of the cheque (which ICICI has deposited after the
ECS has happened) ?

4) What steps ICICI is taking for their coustomers to provide them
smooth & good service ?
