I spoke to Mr Praveen Ramchandran in mumbai from hdfc personal loan department and informed him about the issue, he said that the 6500 amount of my salary withheld will not be refuded back to my salary account.

I asked him for options he said that I have to pay 38,000 full amount. I told him that since I have a negative figure on HDFC account I need to clear that and I will pay the EMI for next month from March onwards I will pay the Bank 2 EMI's i..e.. from March 1st the EMI for March and and an EMI for the outstanding the EMI amount is 4220 + 4220.

But it seems that nothing is working the Bank people told me that the next month's entire salary will be again put on hold.

I dont really know what to do now as I need to pay my rent and for food and need money to send home. Please some one help me get out of this mess I have no hopes. If I cant pay my rent where will I stay and how will I work if I dont have a place to stay besides I have to pay a bike loan installment as well.

Sorry the loan emi is 4290 and the what I wnt to know is will HDFC release the 6700 rupees it has with held as they have kept the money on hold and not adjusted anything. Also will they give me anything in written against the 9 checques they are taking from me. Also will they refrain from putting my future salary on hold.

I took a loan from hdfc bank in jan/feb 2008 but i forgot my account.my amout of loan was rs 108000. After paying few installments i cud not repay the dues due to unhealthy financial condition.kindly suggest me if i want repay the outstanding amounts as well as remaining amounts. My emi was about rs 3222. Kindly suggest me the best.

As i took Personal loan from HDFC bank of Rs.50 K. Now its been already 5 EMI Paid and i want to Close my loan and agreed to pay all required charges. As i am going to take personal loan of approx 1 lac from Axis Bank ltd Mehsana. In case i wont to prepay the personal loan from HDFC BANK but the bank does not allowed to me for prepay my loan just because of it i am not eligible for 1 lac personal loan from axis bank. i have to repay my personal loan from hdfc bank then and then i can get the personal loan from axis bank.so i request HDFC bank.. Kindly allow me for prepay the personal loan and make me eligible for the 1 lac personal loan.....
