Sir/Madam,

I have applied for pre-closure of My personal Loan account No.000001660700, by DD No.304222 for Rs.1,38,540 drawn on SBI Kalavoor and a cheque of Rs.9372/-Cheque No.515393 I sent the DD and cheque on 07/11/2009.

The DD and Cheque both are sent to Delhi Branch through speed post courier, but due to shortfall in amount the bank sent back the DD and cheque which is not received by me due to reason that my address got changed.

Now both DD and cheque lies with bank and they havent resent back to me to my new address, though i have given my new address to the customer care center.

Almost a month passed and still today i havent received back my DD and cheque back, also 1 ECS was debited in my account to the tune of Rs. 5555/-

Now my DD & Cheque amount is much higher to the oustanding loan balance in the bank. Hence i informed them to consider the same dd and cheque for pre-closure as both lies in there hand.

But still today i havent got any resolution its almost 50 days passed, and the next ECS clearning is coming for 05th of January.

I have called customer care center and sent number of emails but all in vain, people in the customer care are rude and have no knowledge about the complaint which was lodged by me.

Please help me out on this.

My name is noorulla shariff and my order no is 1726397 i got a damaged piece of total core from telebrands then i contact them and told them to replace with new piece of total core they told to courier the total core . i courier it cost 1,000 from first flyight then i got it back after 3 days from trackon courier i opened it was not replaced they even not opened the packing which i have made . Sir please help me and refund me 7,000 from this company because this cost 4999 + 1000 (extra charge for handling and postage) + 1000 for sending from first flyight. please sir help me out . my mail id : shariffsmoon@ymail.com
