Hi,

I have applied for a personal loan from HDFC Bank. According to the bank the loan amount has been disbursed on 15th December,2009. Although I asked for RTGS transfer, they send a cheque to my address. But till date I have not received the cheque. Whenever I contacted with the bank official or customer care officers they ask me to wait for the same day. This thing is going on since 15th december,2009. I have lodged a complain to the customer care regarding the issue, but no positive resolution came to me. In the mean time I have received communication from HDFC Bank that your installment is due on 4th January,2010.
Now, please suggest me what should I do in this situation?
