My name is Shrikant Thanvi, I am from Pune. In March 2008, I took Personal Loan from GE- Money ( Loan Number RPUP 00030758). I did ECS with my Citi bank account also for the repayment. In Jan 2009, for my personal reason I went to Dubai and couldn't repay the amount and up to July 2009, total 7 ECS of amount Rs 1216 has bounced. After coming I change the account and gave the new cheque of Standard Chartered Bank and from Sept 2009 it was debting from my account. Mean while I paid about Rs. 11803 for outstanding amount on 7th Aug 2009. Still they are showing oustanding RS 6900. which is due to there mistake. I called plenty of times and also mail them the details of receipt. Now I am looking not only for justice, but also the my credit. Because after completing there amount I applied for Loan as well as Credit Card, All got rejected due to CEBIL record, which is wrong due to GE Money. I have attached the scan copy of receipt with this mail. :D

Its not only one time... I have experienced the same things for 2/3 times. Its always happen with G.E.Money. They distroy the creditability of person. They should give compensation for the same

I rcved a mail from G.E. Money and they are looking in that matter, my case id: 'CaseID=003-385-147' Loan A/C no - RPUP00030758. but as they have distroy my creditibility and bcz of that my name is in CIBIL. I loose my credit in my own bank. Now I need compansation. so please advice for the same.

As per your suggestion I send them a written complaint. But still did not get any reply. I called to C/C on 2nd Feb 2010 I came to know that GE Money had made a receipt in which it has mentioned that I paid the amount on 12th Jan 2010. I did not make any kind of payment to GE money. Now executive is telling me that you made the payment late so your name will be in CIBIL for 3 months. But the worst thing is that I havent made any payment. They made the fraud receipt. Now Its my request to you Please look after this matter. Because I am loosing a deal because of this. Please its my kind request.For more information you can call me.
