    Default HDFC personal loan complaint regarding ECS

    Hi,

    I took personal loan worth 1.5 lakhs from HDFC bank in Oct 2008 till date I'm paying EMIs (Rs. 5499 each month) on time. HDFC bank is taking EMIs from my ABN AMRO bank instead of HDFC. But DEC '09 EMI returned back to my ABN Amro account stating "RETURNED:410975:NO SUCH ACCOUNT" and the "INWARD ECS RETURN CHARGES" has been levied on account. When I have money in my account then why should I pay ECS return charges???

    My HDFC personal loan account no. is: 13831396

    I'm not paying further loan amount till the bank is resolving this issue.

    I have registered complaint with ABN Amro bank as well as HDFC bank but not getting possitive response.

    Please advise as it is a mental harrassment.

    Hello,

    This is to inform you that I'm completly unhappy about your customer service. I'm Stanley from Chennai, loan # 12154794. I'm having issues with your customer service. My ECW was returned on 05/07/10 and your customer service people called me after couple of days and they want me to make the payment at the earliest with the return charges of 450/-, So i have made the payment on 05/15/10. The girl whom I spoke refuse to talk to me after collecting the money. on 05/17/10 your guys again processed the ECs and its returned back. For that my bank has charged me the return charges as well. So I have called your customer service to check whats going on. I have tried 044- 66773032 and the same girl pick the call and identified its me so she disconnected the call. Almost I have tried to reach the person 20 times but no answer........SO i have tried to reach the following number 044-66773033, 34,35,36,37,38,39 finally one girl picked up and said that her name is Sophia (This is really a shameless that your customer service people don't know the deceny to talk to the customer, this girl forget to put mute and having a heartly fun with other agents about me in Pure local tamil language with full of respect) She never bother to reply to me, so i have disconnected the call and tried again. This girl doen't agree her mistake but she feels bad that she forget to mute. Then she transfer the call to Ravi Ganesh and he introduced himself as a floor supervisor and said he wil check and get back to me before 7.00pm and there is no response from him. So I have called the customer service again on 05/18/10 at 044-66773032 reached the same girl and she said "Sir i can't hear you clearly" and started speaking to other agents in tamil that its a same guy and cut the call. after that Mr.Satish has called me and said that he is the floor supervisor. Explained him about the issues and he promised that he will check and get back to me in 1 hrs time and never called. after 2 hrs i have called and people are telling that he gone for lunch, finally i got him in the phone and he said that he will get back to me in 10 mins again no response. Finally i have called maximum number times then got him again, When i checked what is the result. Mr.Satish said that he gave memo for the 3 agents and writeoff my 450/- return charges. After strugling for 2 days you guys writeoff my retrun charges and giving memo to the agents makes me any sense, Don't you think how bad you guys have been behaved with the customer, I think I have spend more than 450/- for my mobile to get this resolved. Atlast I have asked Mr.Satish to send an apology letter........but he refused and said "We can't give any apology, If you want sent an Compliant". Because he said all the compliants will come to him only and he will take care.

    Whoever reading this......Please try to understand if there is a mistake we have to accept and ensure this its not happening again. I need an apology letter because you guys royally screwed my happines for the last 2 days.

    I hope I can expect some kind courtesy from you guys to reply or call me for the same.

    Exclamation Not Getting any statement

    Dear Sir,
    I am HDFC salery account coustomer i have taken Rs. 1.5 laks personnel loan on May month same month i am paying my EMI but still i am not getting any statement about my loan even not getting any letter from bank as my personnel loan is senstioned. So i am requesteted to you please send me a hard copy to mention that how much loan amount is deducted till Decemberand how much is rest.

    Default Personal loan Issues

    Dear sir,
    This is regarding HDFC personal loan payment issue ,details as follows.
    Amt Financed(Rs): 100,000.00
    Loan Account No.:10711204
    Customer Id: 12793936
    Disbursal Dt: 06/10/2006
    Instl Start Date: 07/11/2006
    On 20/10/2009 last installment paid.

    As per the above details regarding Personal loan, i have paid all the installment amount with delay charges at the time of loan tenure.
    And the last intallment i paid on 20th.oct.2009.
    since Oct 2009 aftr paying last installment, i have not got any phon calls , any statment regarding pending amount, even not got any intimation or any remainder statment nor any calls from HDFC.
    And after 2 years they are asking for pending dues against loan, which is not acceptable after 2 years. and also they havent provide me NOC and now after 2 years they are asking for pending dues, which is really shocked.
    Kindly help me out with the solution.

    Default Extra ECS installment monedebitted from my account

    I have already asked this query last 3 mnths back but i dint get a response frm the customer care..plz help me now imm..as i am out of india and i relocated to singapore and this is very urgent..I have taken personal loan from HDFC Sr nagar branch hyd..in the month of August 2008..it is for an amount of 150,000 paid through ECS for 36 months..and the installment amount is 4485 per mnth..

    For 2011 nov my personal account should be closed but still last month(december 2011) also my money has been debitted from my account..the concerned person told me that after 36 months the ECS stops automatically..but they have cut my money this month also..i wanted to know regarding my loan status imm whether is is closed or not.I have lost my HDFC loan account no..My ECS is paid through Icici acc no-007501535237..sr nagar..plz respond imm..
