My Loan a/c # is 1513657 & have taken personal loan from Barclays Bank 2,60,000 lakhs & now am intend to preclose the a/c by paying them full due.
I have been told twise that your preclosure statement is been couriered to you but till tdate have not recd any such statements.
am unneccessary paying the EMI with huge interests
there is no proper response from barclays bank customer service dept. but if i stop the payment they wl immidiately call us for the recovery.

this is dam frustrating.

for preclousure no statement is required just ask the amount over phone from their customer care and pay it that is all
