I 'J. Santosh Kumar' applied for home loan in Ind Vysya Bank and came to know there is CIBIL problem in my tracking report.

I bring to your kind notice that their is home/personal loans which are not belong to me and in the personal loan taken from credit cards also.

I don't know why they are coming in defaulter list in CIBIL report and the alloted CONTROL No.453578984 for home loan applied for your information, please.

For info - I am born, brought up, studied, residence/staying and as well as working at Hyderabad itself only. But the loan taken by me from gurgaon.

my self kailash rathi i had 2 credit cards but some issues from banks i close those cards and settle my account but they put my name in cibil. when i settle my a/c they told that my name would be removed from the list of cibil defaultersd. but it is till showing. so how can i remove my name from defaulers list.

As i had applied for a loan some bank has given my name in cibil for Rs1100.
unable find out for what reason plz confirm so that i can talk to the bank

My name is Joseph George Poykail, I had applied for aloan in SBI, but they are saying that in the CIBIL report it is showing that I have taken a loan of Rs 2,oo,ooo for agriculture purpose in March 2003 and they asking for the details of the loan. But I have not taken any loan of that amount. Kindly give me the details of loan and bank details so that the same can be enquired

Dear Sir,

My name is Srikar Reddy Ponugoti, I had applied for a home loan in IDBI, but they are saying that in the CIBIL report it is showing that I have taken a loan of Rs 13500 in HDFC bank which I foreclosed in the month of Jan 2008 and got a closure letter but the same has not been updated by HDFC bank and I am struck with in getting my home loan please help me in clarifying the above by removing from CIBIL.
