According to the report which i have got from cibil credit report i got to know that bank has issued a credit card from Axis bank and now they are telling me that i am employ of ICICI LOmbard in my till life i cant take salary up to 8 thousand because of my education So how can i am eligible for credit card. and now they telling me to pay a balance of I want to know to whom the bank has issued the loan on my name when i have not taken any loan from this bank.Now i required a further bank loan but i am unable to get the loan because loan shows on CIBIL i have no loan till on the date i just want to know who the people are doing so and crash my reputation.

Please guide me or suggest me what should i do or whom should i approach regarding my case as there are many faults and misguiding in my cibil consumer credit information report and because of this misguidance and my spoil reputation i have applied for home loan from some other bank and because of this they are not giving me the home loan.

A/c No: 280367181804010 Dt.11/09/2003. As far as I remember, i have made the total payment with small amount less than Rs.2000-3000 unpaid amount. This was due to my transfer from Bhopal & it just skipped out of my mind. Now after getting CIBIL Report, it shows unpaid amount of Rs.86538/- against my name. I want to settle this issue with minimum burden on me. I have also approached SCB vide Ref. No: 277508, Dt. 25/06/2012. Kindly settle this issue in less than Rs.5000/-

Hi, My name is manivannan. P, recently I have closed all my credits with banks such as credit cards with HDFC, ICICI & CITI Banks and Personel Loan with ICICI based on their settlement letters. But it was paid to all the banks in delayed due to my personel life problem. But when I got this issue, immediately requested all the banks to provide me the settlement letter. But they were delayed like anything. Recently I was planning to get a Housing loan with HDFC bank. The bank people told me that, my name is reflected in CIBIL & I got shocked. those bank people were promised me that, while got their payments immediately they will remove complaint against me in CIBIL.

Please guide me how can i get my housing loan from HDFC bank & how to remove my name from CIBIL list.
