hi i am currently on cibil default list because of citibank credit card...the amount is in excess of 3 lacs and i am unwilling to pay since about 3-4 years have passed...what can be done to remove this default ..awaiting your kind replys

Hi,

I have personal loans and credit cards in 4 banks and owe a total of 7 lacs. I lost my job and is unable to pay up EMI's. I have exhausted all my savings. Isnt any way out? I am not able to concentrate on job hunting too. Frequent calls and visits from collection guys from torn me down. I feel very scared and not able to sleep at nights. I lock myself in the house and sit or sometimes just stay outside the whole to avoid visits from these collection guys. I take calls from bank agents just to avoid them from taking drastic steps but I think its not going to help any more. I am really worried. Govt should come with some relief measures for people like me. Please help!!

Barclay bank submitted a report in cibil for rs. 7000, whereas irrespective of repeated calls to their customer call center, they are not providing me the details why they are charging this amount.

this is my humble request that atleast a person should know why he is paying and for what. I am salaried person, with one man show in my family with 4 dependents. i have a good credentiality with ICICI and HSBC with no dues using their credit cards for more than 5 years.

I never had the requirement for any personal/home or car loan, now as the family members grows 2 wheeler is not sufficient so i need a family car for their use, for which i had applied for a loan in a bank where i had my salary account for more than 5 years and they decline just becuase of barclay have some dues against me.

Please resolve this issue, your early action will be highly appreciable.

Sir i had 2 credit card and a personal loan from icici and citi bank which i had refunded and given back the full amount with making a full and final settlement for which i had all the documents from the bank, but ! Unfortunately i came to know my name is reflecting at cibil as a defaulter can i know why ????????????..... It was settled on 2008 and 2009.
See the fun ...... When payment is not done at bank people visit 100 times with 1000 of call but when we pay back no action taken to remove the name why ???????? Day to day due to the heavy harrasment of the bank supreme court has ordered them they cannot harrass by sending mastans and bhai loog to the residence and ........................now the time has come that high court and supreme court should take action against r.b.i top officials that what is going on ?????why the are harrassing people ?????? Why the name is not removed regularly ???????? Are rbi walo kuch to kaam karo ek achha manager banne ke liye sabi quality zarurat hai !!!!!!! And u people dont have those u people should be sue at court !!!!!!!!!

If people don't have financial tensions and failing to make payments (inspite of earning good money), banks should be helping him instead of just saying your loan is rejected. In the past one might not be able to pay money on time.. that doesn't make him unfit for another loan.

I am MANOJ KUMAR SHARMA from jaipur , i have taken a credit cards form HSBC BANK Card No Number4476 9299 8847 5288.Which was totally closed(full and final settlement done 20/08/2009) the bank has issued me a full and final settlement letter Ref:FFS\CPD\NWOFF\JPR\ANM\PAWANPUTRA\12082009\1156
Now the problem is my name is defaulter list in CIBIL report. Because I am not able to get any loan from bank. I am already discussed with CIBIL and HSBC BANK.But Bank is saying we can't modify any information in the database without the concerned member confirming the same. It is responsibility of the concerned member to submit correct,updated and accurate credit information to CIBIL.

I am already informed to HSBC BANK. But still it is not updated to CIBIL.

Please give suggestion for my problem.and what is my next step.

so how can i remove my nme from defaulers list.
