Hi

Actaully my friend had a HDFC credit card and he dint pay the outstanding due for the last 6 months.....

but i gave my permanent address proof of mine to help him when he was applying the card.

request you to help me how to get rid of this because my that frind is no more in india now.

Now i am getting legal notice from lawyer to pay the money back on be half of my friend bcoz they have my address proff.
please help with solutions.
