U might submit a request letter to Re schedule your PL as u not having any income source. But assure them now u r able to start paying EMI.

if you are not able to pay your personal loan, Than you have to discuss with your bank. they Definitely tells you what you have to do.

would like to know is there any way to settle personal amount for 50000 rather than paying the personal loan 138000
because i have only this amount and i dont have job so i dont know when i will be able to get a job because there are harassing me and asking me that there is arrest warrant in my name and which is bothering me a lot because i am harassed then i will have to do a sucide and i will blame the icici bank for my death
