Dear Sir,

My mother who was a govt servant expired 5 months back and she has taken the credit from the banks of 5 lakshs now the service money what we are getting from the mothers account is only 3 lakhs still there is 2 lakhs of amount which needs to pay to the bank. Pls suggest what needs to be done as we are from very poor family what will be the solution to waive off the total amount to the banks my sister is also a mentally retarded . only me and my sister are legal heirs of my mother and iam also currently un-employed pls suggest what will be the best solution to get off.
