You are lucky that you didn't got the loan. Don't take loan from this basturds. Their staff in ghatkopar branch is very rude.

Dear Sir,

I have taken loan from FICCPL of Rs. 1,34,900/- in Apr'2012 and their executive told that 1st EMI of Rs. 4954/- was directly debited from my account on 4th May'2012. But unfortunaterly the 1st EMI was not debited from my account. After 4 days on 8th May their customer care executive told that the EMI was not debited from your account, kindly pay cash of Rs. 4954/-. But I have told them, kindly send your executive to collect cheque of Rs. 4954/- from my office address and also I don't received any documents from FICCPL regarding loan i.e. Loan Account Number,Sanction Amount, Rate of Interest, EMI etc. Kindly help me.
