    Default ABN AMBRO (Easy Cash loan) harrassment

    Hi,

    I have a running ABN AMBRO Easy Cash loan. I am suffering from the month of June'09.I was receiving monthly statement regularly up to April' 09 and I also made the payment on time. But due to any region of Bank did not receive monthly statement of May'09 and did not make payment. I got a call on dated 12.06.2009 that your payment is due then I realize that forget to deposited payment due to none receipt of monthly statement. I had handed over a cheque of Rs.2893 to a ABN AMBRO payment collection authorized person vide cheque no.-080025, drawn from Axis Bank, Golpark, Kolkata dated 12.06.2009 for the month of May'09 and requested to send the statement regularly so that I can make the payment regularly as perevious.When the person has come to me for payment that time I had also asked about late fee. He said: you have to pay your monthly payment (Rs.2893/-) only.
    After a week a very painful chapter has added in my daily life. It may be Sunday or Holiday, Early morning or late night my mobile start ringing and once pickup the phone a person started with threaten; sir your payment is over due. If you not pay your name will registered with CIBIL. Some time some people will go to your home for payment and that time your prestige will hamper. I am under great trouble.

    Easy Cash Account No. 7777 7777 7358 1003
    Due date: Every month 30th.
    Paying Loan Amount: Rs.75, 000.00 but received Rs.73323.00 vide cheque no.488330, credited in my Axis Bank account (011010100221368) on 05.04.2008.

    2. EMI of Rs. 2892/- on dated 15.05.2008
    3. EMI of Rs. 3000/- on dated 18.06.2008
    4. EMI of Rs. 3000/- on dated 21.07.2008
    5. EMI of Rs. 3000/- on dated 21.08.2008
    6. EMI of Rs. 3000/- on dated 17.09.2008
    7. EMI of Rs. 3000/- on dated 29.10.2008
    8. EMI of Rs. 3000/- on dated 22.11.2008
    9. EMI of Rs. 3000/- on dated 18.12.2008
    10. EMI of Rs. 2146/- on dated 17.01.2009
    11. EMI of Rs. 2893/- on dated 19.02.2009
    12. EMI of Rs. 2893/- on dated 18.03.2009
    13. EMI of Rs. 2893/- on dated 19.04.2009
    14. EMI of Rs. 2893/- on dated 12.06.2009 (For the month of May’09) vide Receipt no. - KOOMIN 65100
    15. EMI of Rs. 2893/- on dated 25.06.2009
    16. EMI of Rs. 2893/- on dated 07.07.2009
    17. EMI of Rs. 2893/- on dated 20.08.2009
    18. EMI of Rs. 2900/- on dated 29.09.2009 by cash vide Receipt no.-KOOMIN 80368
    19. EMI of Rs. 2893/- on dated an advance cheque no- 2893 dated 24.09.2009 for the months of Octuber’09 vide Receipt no. – 80369
    ABN AMBRO Bank's person called and practically torturing me.
    I want freedom from this trap to make the complete payment at a time.So please mediate.

    Dear Mr. Kumar,

    To sort out such kinds of Banking complaints, you will have to send a written complaint to the Head Office of the concerned Bank and wait for the response for near 15 to 20 days. Keep a copy of that letter with you so that if the Bank fails to give you any solution, you can forward your complaint to the Banking Ombudsman.

    Default Recovery Agent Problem

    Hi,

    This is syedhadiali. I have used credit card from different banks. I have paid amount upto 4 Months, but now my condition is very bad i am unable to pay my credit cards bill. I am now getting recovery agent calling me and coming to my place and harassing me and my family. So as a rule or RBI i think the bank does not have authority to send a recovery agent to get back there money. So i want to know about this action which is taken by bank is this is it right or how can i take action against the bank. if anyone can help me out it will be an humble request, as i am unable to bear the trauma giving to me by recovery agents. As of now i am facing lot of financial problems, so i am unable to pay the credit amount to the bank. Once my financial condition improves i will be going to pay the due amount. So i want to know if i am unable to pay the amount then what will be the action from the bank.

    Kindly give my query as soon as possible
