Directly hitting over the point, I had a situation where the loan amount is been credited without my knowledge. Sorry ! But I want to complaint regarding the loan department.
I have applied for the Personal loan and had submit the needful document in order to process it. But due to your executive mistake , it wasn’t processed.

Following ahead I have been asked to submit it again . I handover the doc as asked and signed the agreement . But this time I have given them unsigned check as a part of documents.
I got a call from the LOAN dept saying that the loan could not be processed until they receive a signed check. Over the very same call, I have clearly instructed the person “please do not disbursed the amount until I come and sign the check” . I believe the call was recorded for quality monitoring purposes and if you will investigate , you will get an evidence.

Anyway I don’t want to get indulge in this. Perhaps the day when it got credited without my knowledge , I have raised the request to reverse the amount. Making headway I also been to the loan department at kandivali and complaint the same. They asked me to give me in written which I have given and nobody turned up. If you see my account summary I have been calling almost daily to the telephone banker asking status but yet to receive any satisfactory response.

You are my last hope thus appealing to do the needful. I am apologetic to inform you that if this also didn’t work then I would be forced to rush consumer forum.

I have not used the single penny of it and therefore requesting you to please reverse the amount and close my loan account.

After Requesting the bank reversed the loan amout including my personal account balance without my knowledge.
