My name is Vivek and resident of Bangalore. I was working for an IT company and had to resign from the job last year November. But latter due to recession i did not get a job again. Currently i am into small job which takes care of atleast half of basic needs of my family.

I had taken loan from banks to take care of my alling mother and also to pay for an online transaction which latter turned out to be big fraud.

Now due to the fact that i do not have a stable job i am not able to pay the emi on regular bases. I requested the banks to reshedual my loans so that my emi gets reduced. But the banks are not willing to give me a reschedual unless i dont clear the overdue emis and two of the bank agents keep harashing me and my family.

I dont have my own contact number due to the fact that i am not able to pay the bills so all phone numbers are disconnected. I had
We are mentally been disturbed because of this and have no proper guidance on how to tackle the issues.

Please advise whether i can seek any legal help on this matter atleast to either get me time for repayment till i get a suitable job or atleast to get a reschedual from all banks.
