    Default Samsung Mobile Customer Care Complaint



    Dear All,

    This is Allahbaksh using the Mobile device since last 2 years, It was stated to us that this device is upgradable to 6.5 while purchasing and it already had the version 6.1 installed in it. There are lots of bugs in 6.1 version so expected samsung to release 6.5 to fix those bugs. I have been to Samsung service center couple of time they said it is release only in European countires and not in India, which is very much annoying.

    I would request you to take some legal action on this to make sure, Indian customers are not ignored which is one of the biggest market for them.

    Default Microphone of the new phone not working

    I have bought samsung galaxy y duos pro phone on 29april from croma baroda . After coming home when i check my microphone was not working. I check with the service center @ ankleshwar as they don't have the mic . I take back this mobile back to croma baroda for replacement as it was menufracturing defect.(How samsung QC check is working this is the classic example). Croma people does not ready to change the phone. but they want more seven days to get confirmation from samsung for changing the instrument. How tata's stores are working this the best example. and samsung alo not ready to ecept thier mistake. they r ready to rep[iar this phone but not ready to change the instrument.Can any type of help samsung offer me?

    Thumbs down Samsung complaint on galaxyfit

    Hi This is Giridhar, I have given my mobile(samsung galaxy fit) for the repair because my mobile getting auto restarting.
    the service center people are unable to solve the problem
    they are doing only software update and checking for observation for 3to7 days and giving back to me but still my problem is not solved.

    Default Received SAMSUNG faulty Handset.

    I have been continuously writing the mail but it seems that in Samsung no one is bothered for customer satisfaction.

    This is the third time I am giving my handset for repair in service station in last 15 days of purchase of the Handset Model S-II (GT-I9100G)

    Please do something.

    i bought galaxy sl i9003 before 6 months ...but upto now i didn't get any of the updates ... now android has introduce lots of new advance version with lots of new features . then why Samsung is not giving us any of the updates so release some new version for us .reply me to blackredhari@gmail.com .

    Angry samsung mobille replacement

    Hieee my name is Rohan actually last time i bought wave 2 and within a month phone was in the service centre as it got its battery and touch got changed but now 2.5 months before i bought Galaxy ace(5830) it also had a problem sometimea wifi and bluetooth not geting activate showing error then i have to switch off the phone and then restart it the wifi and bluetooth is working... I had gone to sevice centre which is at Rishikesh they told me by updating the phone the problem will be solved but aftr updating the phone m atill facing the problem...My contact no.-9634700400
    Now i told to sevice centre get my phone replaced so now they are not agreeing to it.... Now if they get me with the new phone then its ok if not then i will take this matter to higher level

    Thumbs down Samsung galaxy s2

    submitted my galaxy s2 after having some problem with the receiver and network. at mahavir enclave service centre (palam Dabri Rd); was asked to collect the same after 5 days. when picked the condition is worst, the handset now not even taking any network, manually or automatically, tried with an other sim but same; if the engineers@ service centre dont/cant cross chk if the problem is solved, how could SAMSUNG expect a common person who spent as much as 30k to buy a renowned name, to chk the same; Do we have so much time to wait till 11 am to open the service centre??? Do we have so much time to step in ; request again n again to the so called SAMSUNG engineers???

    Kinldy guide and help me to have a new handset instead!!

    Angry Galaxy 3 giving problem

    Hi,

    I am using samsung galaxy 3 mobile since december 2010. from last 1 month i am facing a very critical problem with the set. Once i charged my mobile fully and the indicator shows that the battery is 100% charged, battery goes exhausted after 10-15 minutes of use. I have shown the set to samsung care but they were unable to rectify the problem. kindly help.

    Default Refused to give scratch & Win coupon @ city center‏

    I have been frequent customer of your shops from recent past.on my last visit on 13-Jun-12(Yesterday Evening) I bought one Samsung Galaxy S3 white with all accessories at City center.but on that time I tried use QR 50 voucher for particular purchase, but sales man(Mr.ISSAM) refused take that voucher & he told me that, if I use that voucher I'll loose new voucher forthis particular purchase. then I agreed on this & paid total amount(QR 2848.00).
    Then I requested coupon for above purchase, On that time he refused to give "Scratch & Win" coupon & gave only"Raffle draw" coupon(42047). when I inquired about that coupon, he told me We are not issuing that coupons for Warranty phones. In my view this statement is not acceptable. Also after the sale he was very rude on us in front of other customers. then I left from there to save my respect. therefore please let me know that, Am I entitle to get that coupon?. If yes "Why he refused & rude in public place". I cannot see in all honesty how I can ever return to your shop after such bad treatment.
    I need your kind reply as soon as possible. if any clarification you can call me anytime via mobile.

    This is to inform that i purchased Samsung Mobile Model:S8530 from Big Bazaar, Rajouri Garden in May 12

    By mistake this dropped in water and i immediately took it out and kept the battery sim separately. It could not start and therefore i went to their Janakpuri service center

    They checked and informed me that warranty will not cover this and the motherboard needs replacement and will cost Rs.5500.00

    I agreed on this and since June 1, i am still waiting for my handset to be repaired and given back to me.

    They say that this is some imported handset and some IMI approval is awaited. How long !

    Can someone help me !!

    I have purchase Samaung Galaxy ACE DUOS I589.The Dual Seam mobile.I have surprised after purchased the set.I'm unable to connect internet in GSM connection.But in features of the moble taht CDMA & GSM 2G Network.But in GSM card i'm not activate......what is the actual problem that i can't find.what is GSM 900/1800
