I have bought samsung galaxy y duos pro phone on 29april from croma baroda . After coming home when i check my microphone was not working. I check with the service center @ ankleshwar as they don't have the mic . I take back this mobile back to croma baroda for replacement as it was menufracturing defect.(How samsung QC check is working this is the classic example). Croma people does not ready to change the phone. but they want more seven days to get confirmation from samsung for changing the instrument. How tata's stores are working this the best example. and samsung alo not ready to ecept thier mistake. they r ready to rep[iar this phone but not ready to change the instrument.Can any type of help samsung offer me?
