    Default Charging probelem in my mobile set C-6712

    Dear sir/madam,
    I was purchase Samsung mobile phone C-6712 on dated 19.09.2011 from ( Shradha Communication, shop no.-09,Baldev plaza, Gorakhpur (U.P.) .After six month using this set creating charging problem and i have already two time repair from service center( SP Communication,SHOP NO.10&11,RADHIKA COMPLEX,BASHARATPUR and Mobile4u,A-299,L.G.F.1&2, R.K.Trade Center,Behind Nokia Care,Golghar) but still my problem is not solved,
    So request you to arrange repair or replace my mobile early as possible.

    sir, my samsang galaxy 6102 duos mobil give for service to Ashish computer dungarpur rajasthan on 18 Aug 12. still they not return me my mobile. my job no 159 and EMI no 352272/05/384919/5 and 352273/05/384919/3.
    I also complain to custamar care complain no 8445721643 but they not giving answare setisfacory.

    hello sir,
    i have bought galaxy s3 a month back and now there is a problem in it which is regarding voice.i cant hear anything and vice versa.i went to customer care they said they will fix it but i dont want a repaired phone i want my phone replaced or my money back.plz help.

    dear sir/madame
    i'm sorry to let u know that your company phone Samsung galaxy GT-I9003 is not working properly and the services provided by Samsung service centre are not satisfactory. today i'll be going for the sixth time and my phone is not working properly. earlier service centre people recommended for update but no use... yesterday i got my phone back after 5 days and still the problem is not solved. This is my second Samsung phone in a year. my phone is within warranty period when asked to replace it they say that this is not company's policy. earlier my phone used to switch off and on itself... after the update the phones play store used to crash and phone used to switch off n and on itself and phone used to restore itself after knowing all this phone was just updated and now after 5 days i got the problem is still not solved. the complaint is given in the name of Mr. Jasjot Singh. I must tell phones are always bought on recommendations but services provided and phone's problem will never let me recommend anybody to buy a Samsung phones. Please i need an action to it.

    Default Complaint on samsung galaxy s 2

    Please note the following with regard to the above title

    Invoice no 543, serial no - GT-I9100LKAINU-GALAXY S2 bought from samsung digital world, regent plaza, baker jn, kottayam dated 26/08/2012. The above product shows no service from 28th aug onwards, instructed from the dealer to reset the product , which found no use . I am very much worried about the incident , due to the poor response from the dealer. Kindly do the needful in this matter at the earliest , since i bought this product with great anticipation . I hope you can console me at the earliest. Thanking you in anticipation.

    Dear sir,
    in my mobile it is working properly but in internet only google is opened and videos are not played, you tube is not worked, i gave it to your service centre AGARIM TECHNOLOGIES, niral nagar, LUCKNOW. many times i go there.but they are not able to solve this problem.aftre delivery after service only call logs is opened. message and internet and other keys is not working, then they says its need to softwere.they do thhat. but mobile is not working proply its speaker is not worked internet is not working and video is not played. it is very bed experience to your service centre. if it is not possible pls send my reply. I also pay 650/- for servicing.

    I am not satisfied wid ur service centres in rampur(U.P.) and kashipur (U.K.). I bought a new cell phone ie GT-E2252 right now..There was a fault in it.S.Centre kept it for 12 days beside this they couldn't repair it.It is a low grade service.

    I have purchased a Samsung Galaxy - Y mobile for my sister R.Gayathri from Poorvika Mobile Shop at West Thambaram, on 24.08.2012. For that mobile i have purchased a scratch card also and sticked. The problem in this mobile is continuously charging, but not yet fully charged. To rectify it, i approached near by authorised Samsung mobile Service center at Thambaram Sanitorium on 31.08.12. After the checking of the mobile, the service center person told us, the problem raised due to the Funcus Formation in the connector part and it has to be replaced. For that he provide a job sheet in bill No.4137564472, Dt.31.08.12 and want for 1 hour time to rectify it. He further adjourned 2 hours to rectify the defect. He further told me that, i shall collect the mobile after his call. Even after 3 hours also he didnot call me. Than i spoke with him and he replied that the defective connector had been replaced and the mobile is properly charging and it shows as fully charged, after the completion of charging. After that the same problem retaining till now. Becouse the person in the service center has not done anything in the mobile, but he made scratches on the scratch card of my mobile. The persons in the service center are not at all fit for that job. They are grabing money by way of service center using the warranty period options of the customers.Then i made a compliant to the customer care regarding your service center persons for want of replacement of mobile with scratch card. Compliant Reference No.8445951152, Dt.01.09.12. In customer care they have connected with Chennai persons. But the Chennai in the customer care are colluded with service center persons and did not take action regarding my compliant and keep mum. Than i also made a compliant to Noida on 02.09.12 and the reference no.84459511521. But there is also no action.All are keep mum. This amounts to be the mental agony for us. I purchased another Samsung Galaxy Y mobile in the name of Gayathri in Poorvika Mobile shop at West Thambaram. This mobile battery functioning is being good. The above defective Samsung mobile battery not functioning properly is very important. Again i logged another compliant in reference No.84459511521 on 08.09.12 to the Samsung customer care. At that time your official assured for the replacement. Still now no response. If you not acted genuinely, i will initiate legal proceedings against all of you.

    I have taken the Samsung Galaxy Mobile CDMA + GSM ON DATED 15-May-2012 and suffering from again and again Hanging & Restarting in between Takling. I submit the problem in two or Three times in Samsung Service Centre But Not get services properly. So, I want to replace this phone.
    For this i always obliged for you.

    I has took a Samsung Metro 3530 from a Samsung Gallery but their was the problem in the battery the charging of the battery was reducing without being use ,So we took the cell phone to the gallery they took the cell phone to the service centerAfter 5 days when they returned us the cell phone after changing the software the cell is still having the same problem and the company is not taking the blame on them and not paying us uor money back
