    Default Reagrding cancellation of tata photon account :9243016193

    Respected sir,
    This is regarding the cancellation of my TATA PHOTON account PH:9243016193.
    This tata photon number account was activated on 19/10/2011 by one of ur dealers from koramangala,bangalore.
    The device did not work properly so the dealer told he will be giving modem to me on or before 20/10/2011.
    but till date i dint recieve any thing. my documents and all the tata photon documents were recieved by the dealer and was not returned back,

    I have not paid any amount and no receipt is being issued to me.
    I spoke to your customer representative on this number 040-66570232. He said the billing has not started, so i can cancel it with immeadiate effect.
    so i have sent the mail to this email id of yours Customer.care@tatatel.co.in.
    So please cancel the activated account as soon as possible. and reply to this thread as soon as possible.
    And one more question is will i be levied any bill????? because i have not used anything from this modem account number.
    please do the needful as soon as possible.
