I have lodged the below compliant on 25-feb-2011 But still date the compliant has sloved
My Self Raghu.K I have purchased a
Bsnl Data Card 7.2Mbs with prepaid offer of paying Rent for 6 Months
in
advances on 16/11/2010. My Mobile Number is +918903921782. But the
speed is not as the bsnl offering in the add & there terms
.The speed is not
reaching more than 50 kpbs to 100 kpbs. Many time receiving speed Stay
at O kpbs. I have attached Screen Shots. It is being a great trouble
to theus. I have compliant on this regard to customer care on
31-03-11.Compliant number is Tn 310311 3219 (Executive name : Abirami
) .But know action has been taken on this regards. I have complained
to Gmo_chennai@bnsnl.co.in and they redirected me to compliant to
gma_tn@bsnl.co.in but the mail ID is not working .
Bsnl has collected 6 months
rent as Advances but the service committed is not provided
I have taken screenshot of
variour minitues from 45seconds to 34 seconds, Today (03-04-11) after
34 min of bsnl card running the speed has not crossed more than 2
kbps.
I thing if i connected with any gprs
connection it speed will be more than 10 kbps but BSNL(7.2mpbs) data
card is 5 times lower than that.
Why the customers has not providing the service paid for Money.
In a month the Bsnl working properly only for 5 to 10
days at 50kpbs to 100kpbs. As to my knowledge the speed has not
reached upto 300 kpbs even one time still date
The Rent has been collected in advances but the service
is not provied as the committed in the advertisement
We have face a great problem on this regard

Kindly take necessary action to provide us the speed of a 3G data
card Or please take back your data card and refund us the money we
paid . Please Reply us within 15 Days or I have to plan to move to
Consumer Court for the solution
