Dear Sir,

I purchased a new harddisc 40 gb at Rs. 1250/- on 21.02.2011 from Technology nxt the computer shop at 295, Om Niwas, Ground floor, Lamington road, Dr. D.B.Marg, Grant road (E), Mumbai - 400 007.

The same was in non-working condition when i checked in my Computer and when i went to return it he refused to return the cash, also he was not allowing to purchase other computer peripharals with repalcement of harddisc.

He was exchanging with only other harddisc which i don't want to buy from it, as my thinking was that the new one was in non-working condition, other hd will also not work for more days.

Please advice what action to be taken against him? I am having cash memo invoice & non-working harddisc with me.
pls suggest.
