    i purchased mts mblaze data card and dealer promised me the speed of 3.1mbps

    but am getting only speed of 512kbps....

    this is totally fourd work...

    i want solution

    Thumbs down Complaint against mts datacard

    I purchased a MTS Datacard (scheme 15 GB for Rs 1500) on 28 Apr 2012, with a promised speed of 3.1 Mbps. Unfortunately speed has rarely gone beyond 114 kbps .Lodged a number of complaints including one with Customer care service but of no avail. Spoken to MTS rep Mr Sandeep, who got me this connection, at Mob No 9811136309 umpteen Number of times (have record available on my Mobile) but nothing has happened. Now of course he has stopped attending my calls. I spoke to Mr Karan Pandey, an engineer from MtS, who visited my house and promised to do the needful in next two days (that was a fortnight ago). Even he has stopped answering calls. I feel cheated. If this is the standard of after sales service of MTS we need to take this into account.

    Post How can i start my data card

    I am cheated by MTS in 999 plan..they said that it is unlimited..then suddenly my device is not running in 7 days…i called..they keep giving excuses that reinstall the device and all shit..i was complained in mts dpts as well as my dealer but nobody cannt reply for the same.Now i cant hope that this device start again or not.i will give my all due nd current payment

    I have wasted my money..but dear all don’t get fool as me..

    PLs solve it.

    My MDN NO IS 8433542963 & 8433537723 I had payed full & final payment on date 17/05/2012 and inform to cancel the data card but till date i am still facing same follow up through sms & letter so kindly request you to avoid the same.if any further query please contact me through mail or my mobile

    TOTALLY FAKE

    • Speed upto 3.1 Mbps
    • Fastest uploads at a speed to upto 1.8 Mbps

    My data card no is 9146349347
    MY complain NO IS C12-47517774 AND C12-47890809
    We are getting speed only 64KBPS
    We are tired of using this data card
    We doing many complaint in customer care
    But no reply till today
    we need engineers at my address
    So , request to all people don’t buy MTS data card
    MTS DATA CARD IS COMPLETE FLOP SHOW
