I had been using the BSNL broadband and Telephone 0161 - 2422896 . . But In December 2009 , I filed a application to BSNL to disconnect my Phone and Internet . I didn't want to use the service from January 2010.
I started to use service of some other company from January.
But one day I noticed that BSNL was still in service . So I again filed a reminder ( reminder application number 17015 ) to disconnect service. I mentioned clearly that I would not be responsible in case they delayed to disconnect the phone. And I would not pay the bill of January month because An Application already had been given to them in December.
But they sent me the bill of January month and saying to clear the account .............
Now why I should pay ? This is not my fault that they delayed to disconnect the phone or service. Even I didn't use BSNL Internet even for a Single Minute ..
So now What I should do ?
