I had brought a Laptop from Dell computers in September-09. One functionality in the Laptop was not working.This was also verified by their support engineer and after talking to customer support they agreed to replace it. According to their replacement policy it will take 40 days. Since then I was following up with them for the replacement. Last week I did get the consignment delivered with the broken seal.They had mentioned earlier to me that not to accept any consignment with broken seal. I rejected the consignment and informed the customer support of Dell. Now there is no reply from them stating when they will get me the replacement.Whenever I mailed them they only respond that either it is under process or they have referred to other department and awaiting for their reply.I had shelled out around 80K for the laptop and to the shock I haven't got a chance to work on the laptop. Iam totally frustrated.Can you please guide me of how to proceed further.
