I had purchased a laptop from snapdeal on 11 June 2015. On 27 July 2015 the laptop didn't power on. I has sought assistance and a service engineer was sent with a motherboard on 2 August. The engineer said I am not sure what the problem is and said the new motherboard sent was also faulty. On 8 August he again came with a new motherboard and still could not resolve the issue and took that laptop along with hard drive with all my personal info. I requested to return my hard drive but he denied. Till date I have written plenty of emails but didint receive any reply on refund or replaco and the laptop is still not repaired and is with the service center. They say they don't have any answer as to when will they deliver the system! I am in a fix I am a student at IIT roorkee. All my work has been suffering and I still don't know till what date this is going to happen. Please help.
