I have applied for a passport 5 months ago on 21st of April 2009.

All the verifications were also cleared, Later i was asked to furnish with the attested copy of 10th / 12th certificate.

i have also furnished the required documents twice again more than 2 month ago,

I have also visited the passport office regarding the same a number of times, it is always said that it will be done.

But yet no action has been taken and my passport status has still the same and has not been updated on the status enquiry portal, even after the documents have been furnished to the officer there.

Kindly let me know what is the reason for the delay of the updation and why has my passport is not yet proceeded.

I have finished all the formalities asked from there side...

even tried to call at the passport office most of the times the phone is busy:&.

if indian govt works likes this how is gonna help india??
