Dear Sir/Madame,

I had applied for passport on the 10th August 2011. My police verification was done within a week and the webportal showed that the police verification is fine and the passport is being processed.

However since then I have not received my passport and despite two complaints to the concerned authorities - nothing has happened.

May I request you to kindly look into this and see if you can help me regarding the same.

I have attached a copy of the passport application leaflet for your kind perusal. The file details are -

Date of Application - 10th August 2011

Staus on the Web Portal - File Reference No is either wrong or information not available.

I would request you to look into this and advise me back as to what can be done at our end to get the passport.
