On 28th September, I had submitted all documents including original passport which had lapsed to a representative of Sainath Air Holidays,Off No. 8, WZ-98, 1st floor, Lamba Complex, Jwala Heri, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi-110063. The telephone numbers are 64626462, 64626465 and email being sainath.airholidays@gmail.com in hope that I would not have to run from pillar to post to get my passport renewed. After a month when I did not hear from them, I contacted the Agency and was told the concerned person will contact me but this did not happen. In November, I again called the Agency and was told the person who had collected the documents had left the Agency and they will take care of my application and will forward the receipt to me. Again 1 month passed and I lost an opportunity of going for an overseas assignment. I called them again and was told the person who had taken my call has left and they were really sorry and would take quick actions to get my file processed and send me my receipt but again more than a month has passed and I stil have no clarification or information on the status of my passport. The agency has already cashed in on my cheque dated 28th September amounting to INR2050 and also collected INR 50 in cash in lieu of making an affidavit as I am married now. If my passport had been made I would have been on an overseas assignement and would have been earning more than what I earning right now. The Agency has duped me and I do not know if they have duped others also. Please take action and either get my passport made at the earliest and also take stringent action against the agency Sainath Air Holidays
