I am Mary Tara Thomas. I had applied for my passport in July last year{2011}. However, I got the Police inquiry done after 4 months of application when i checked the status 3 weeks back it was showing that the application is under process however when i checked the status on 13th January,2012 (Friday) it showed me this message[FONT='arial black', sans-serif]"File Reference Number (DLH-A043132-11) is either wrong or Information NOT available". I called the help support many times but no one picked the call. According to the rule the process of passport application expires in 180days, kindly provide us about the information as how much more time will it take. [/FONT]
I have the urgency of the passport now. I have also logged a complaint on the website today.
