My name is Govind Kumar and my passport no. is G-7207023. I had given my passport for the correction as there was printing mistake in my passport from the passport office. The file no. given to me is LKOH01942311. It has been more than 5 months but there is no response from Passport office. When I was submitting my passport, I was told that it will be done in 15 days. I have written a number of emails to the concerned officers and regional office Lucknow but I am not getting any response from any of them.Whenever I try to call in passport office in Lucknow , the phone gets always busy.I have been there to regional office couple of times but every time i have told that passport will be deliver to me in 15 days.I work in Mumbai and its not possible for me to go to Lucknow every week. I will be very thankful to you if you can look in to this matter as its very important for me to get my passport at the earliest as I have to apply for visa for studying abroad.
