Sir,

I had applied for renewal of passport on 29th July 2011 at the Delhi Passport office, Bhikaji Cama Place and I am yet to obtain my passport after almost 6 months of application. My file no is F030571. Till a fortnight back I was getting the online status as Police Report is clear. Application in process. And last week the message changed to Passport No. K04454628 granted. Passport Dispatch is underway. However, now I am getting a message that either the file
number is wrong or no information is available. I have not received the passport and have no clue as to what is the current status. The calls to the passport office go unanswered and the New PSKs are no help as they say that since the application was submitted at the old office, they cannot help.
