Dear Sir,
I applied for the passport in Ghaziabad on Sept. 27. Police verification and everything was completed. As per the Ghaziabad passport website (status), I was supposed to get the passport by Dec. 16. However after Dec. 16 the status is showing as "It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time". Its now one month, but still I have not received, and status is also not updated.
I am trying to call on Tele enquiry Nos.0120-2721876, 2700320. You would have idea about these numbers, no one reply on these.

SUB:NOT RECEIVING PASSPORT

I applied for my passport on 7 December 2011,police verification also completed successfully on 21 December 2011.from that onwards I have been looking for my passport .but I did not get any response from ur office ,when I call them they did not lift the phone at all.plz look into the matter as soon as possible and grant my passport as soon as possible .so that my plans for going to abroad are not get disappointed

My file reference number is CAL-W541954-11.
Police veerification has been done in November 2011 and they told me that i am going to receive that in 23 week time.
,But still i don't received my passport .
in passport website status is showing as

i am getting the feel that this is a useless consumer court site since no one seems to be replying to all of these really frustrating problems.

I would like to share Bad Experience with Passport Office - Hyderabad

I don't think & expect my Passport from HYD office at the Earliest, Because none of them doesn't have commonsense to give proper response to the mails, for which I can feel since 12 months, that nobody from the Passport officer including Dr. Srilkar Reddy who is our dedicated HYD Passport Officer doesn’t know how to respond to the Person who was pleading for his Passport more than a Year & who is double eligible to get his Passport. It has been more than an year sending to them fire mails & marking cc to Govt of India (Ministry of External Dept) hopefully who will not even to look this kind of Issues, you people believe or not I didn’t get response on the same till this time.

I was being as the citizen of India feels shameful to be in this situation where we have to constantly follow-up on getting our work done from the government departments.

Imagine for Educated they are doing & treating this way, if the same issue will face one Un-educated or Illiterate person how they will play around him.

Police enquiry update’s on my File : No Gaps Found & Suggests to get Passport in there Reports

In my Conclusion, To Passport Office Team – Hyderabad: the one who is reading my Issue with understanding the situations, Kindly get back to me, if you are not understanding even after reading this mail, I will explain it to you in your Language.

If any educated from Passport Team please respond the same for my mail with Solution.
