PASSPORT NOT ISSUED- File Reference No:CAL-A065596-11 of RATNA BANERJEE Date of Application:07-07-2011

I have applied for my own passport in Kolkata circle on 07.07.2011. It is almost six months since the status of my passport shows "Police Report is incomplete and is being examined".

On 10th August'11, verification by local police station Serampore was completed and then also completed by Chinsurah District HQ and the reports of both the offices were complete and OK

I visited both the DIB offices and it is confirmed by both the offices that the Police verification report of mine is complete and OK and finally was released to Passport office, Kolkata on 16.11.2011. I have also visited RPO, Kolkata and did not get proper reply.

I have requested through mail many times but it is really a matter of regret that neither received any response nor my passport as on date.

My son stays in US and needs my presence there urgently.

I am a housewife and cannot run after door to door for my passport.

Once again request to please arrange to issue my passport without any further delay.
