Delay In processing of Passport, Lucknow hello sir
my name is Mukesh Mishra, my file no. is :- LKO-Z061199-11.
my police verification has been done, its almost ten month is running till now i have not received my passport.
I checked my passport status at "passportstatus.nic.in/passmain.php" and fount status as: "File Reference Number (LKO-Z061199-11) is either wrong or Information NOT available".
I do not understand if police verifcation is done and they have submitted report to Lucknow passprot office then why am i getting this staus on "passportstatus.nic.in/passmain.php" site.
It is still showing passport status is same as:"File Reference Number (LKO-Z061199-11) is either wrong or Information NOT available".
Please consider my complaint and take appropriate action regarding it.
