I have been applied for the new passport on 21-7-2011 wide file reference no. z906335 of 2011, till today I have not been issued passport.

I went to the customer relationship officer at cabin no. IV twice. They are keep telling you have no need to come here your passport will be issued in a week's time. Last I had visited the customer relationship officer already been 15 days was got the same answer from her.

Before I had visited the passport office I wrote to the APO(PG) and RPO Mumbai from them I have got the following reply.
