i have applied passport to my 9months baby on 25 th october 2011..........still now the website is showing information not avaliable.........but now we are in urgent need of passport to my child for visa processing.And finally i want to apply for tatkal scheme.....can i do it by paying 1500dd to existing file number..if i do so would i loose both the ways in getting passports............please do respong kindely....
