This is to bring to your kind attention that my family including my wife, children, mother and father applied for the passport in December 2010. The police enquiry for everyone took place in January 2011. Whilst all other passports have been received, my father MR. JAGAN NATH KHURANA did not receive his passport. When checked with the passport office, it was advised to submit documents again for police verification. The documents were again submitted three month ago and police verification was conducted and cleared. But there has been no status on the passport ever since. It has been almost a year that we submitted application for the passport but yet to receive the passport.


I have been writing on much publicized email id of passport department and MEA but there has never been any revert or even acknowledgement received from them. As a citizen of this country, it is my duty to escalate complaints and responsible officers should be taken to task for such working.
