Dear Sir,

I would like to lodge a complaint for above caption mentioned - Non reciept of my 6 months old son's passport.We have applied his passport under Tatkal category and its almost 3 months that we have not received his passport yet and neither anyone from Bhopal passport office has has any clue for the delay. Whenever enquired there is only one response that its UNDER process. After month we were told that submission with all proper docs have been successfully made and we can check the status online. Later after two weeks we were informed that police report is missing - For infant also they need police report -we are not here to challenge the system and to enquire why we need to submit police report for infant. However, after much struggle and hardhsips we submitted the police report once again with all necessary and unwanted docs.

The current online status shows that it's expected to be despatched by 15th Nov 2011, but till date we have not recieved anything.

My biggest concern is these things have been going on for a while and after passing of every month we are back to square, and asked to submit same docs again and again.

I would highly appreciate if you can help in this matter and take this matter to Bhopal Passport office (Person in Charge - Smt L.K. Waghela Acting Passport Officer, Bhopal) for their further justification on this delay, as this has caused mental and financial loss to us.

Please refer to the above subject application submitted on 20/11/2009 in Passport office jaipur. befor 1 year the police verification was done. I checked with police station & they confirmed they already dispatched the police verification report to Passport office jaipur I sent a written on 17 nov 11 to Shri MUKTESH KUMAR PARDESHI Joint Secretary (PSP) & Chief Passport Officer,Ministry of External Affairs,Room No. 8, 1st Floor, Patiala House Annexe, New Delhi.Then I sent my complaint to Joint Secretary (PSP) & Chief Passport Officer, Ministry of External Affairs and he replied that above complaint forwarded to PGO (PG),I shall be grateful if you could take necessary action as early as possible.Thanking you in advanceThanks and regards IRFAN KHAN ,CONT. 09982686789,EMAIL ID:- jpr.raj.in@gmail.com
