I HAD SUBMITTED MY PASSPORT APPLICATION ON 07-02-2011.
TILL DATE THERE IS NO COMMUNICATION FROM THE PASSPORT OFFICE. EVEN IF SOMETHING IS WRONG IN THE APPLICATION, THEY SHOULD HAVE THE COURTESY TO INFORM THE PERSON. Why the status of passport is not update on site ?, if this is update on site on timely basis then this will reduce the population of people coming there for query.
I have written two reminders, but all in vain. I have tried to meet the passport officer on friday 24.06.2011, but he refused to meet. I tried to call him on telephone but he does not take the call. I am surprised, even after lapsing a stipulated maximum period of 90 days time under the rules they have failed to give the result and further there is no news about the status.
