Dear Sir/Madam,



We applied for a passport in name of my 1 yr old son on Jan 30, '09, from Faridabad.
The file ref# is M002160.



The police verification was done around 15th Feb, and report despatched from
Faridabad police headquarters on 4th March. However, till date the status is showing
"Application pending for want of police report". There is no way to speak to the
passport office, as they don't pick up phones, nor respond to e-mails. Also, as per
the feedabck on the passport office, it is no point visiting their office to meet
the RPO, as they never respond properly. I don't know who can help.



Pls help, as it is already more than 4 months.
