    Kalyan west Bazar peth police station takes 200 rs. bribe from every person needing passport. There are many poor people in kalyan who need passport to go to Haj and police dont spare them at all.

    Default Bribe for passport at Mahatma Phule police station, Kalyan.

    Bribe is been taken from every individual for passport verification at Mahatma Phule police station, kalyan.
    People are made to stand in line for giving bribe and only after paying are allowed to go further. Even if a person denies giving bribe the problem is they dont forward the passport documents and the applicant has to suffer. So, there is no way you can get your passport without reluctantly paying bribe.
